Corporate housing is an affordable alternative to a hotel or motel that gives you more room, more privacy, and more of the comforts of home when you are relocating, between homes, or working away from home. Simply put, you get more for less. Fully-furnished, full-size residential housing: Corporate housing is a fully-furnished residential apartment with a separate living/dining room, bedroom, and full kitchen. It is sometimes called a corporate or serviced apartment. Amenities generally include TV, utilities, and all linens, cookware, and appliances. Some providers offer upgrade packages or housekeeping services for additional fees. ZACK's all-inclusive rental includes premium amenities. What others consider optional, we consider basic: digital cable, phone, high-speed Internet, reserved parking, washer and dryer, and housekeeping service. Our local staff takes care of your service requests, provides housekeeping service, and hand-selects the distinctive furnishings and amenities. We're on the spot, so you aren't left to deal with a distant customer service department. Is corporate housing the same as extended-stay hotels or suites? NO. Extended-stay hotel or motel suites include kitchenettes and access to self-service laundry facilities, and may include other amenities. They cater to short-term guests who want more than a hotel room, but not a full-size apartment. Corporate housing is in full-size apartments with separate bedrooms, complete kitchens, and far more space and amenities than suites. Minimum stays range from one week to 30 days. ZACK Corporate Housing is located in top residential apartment buildings with on-site pools, fitness centers, and club houses, and each apartment has its own washer and dryer. Why stay in corporate housing instead of a hotel or extended-stay suite? Corporate housing is cost effective and convenient for extended business or leisure stays. While primarily serving extended-stay travelers of 30 days or longer, we'll do our best to house you for shorter stays, depending on availability. Many of our guests need both short-stay and extended-stay lodging over the course of a business engagement. For example, a project manager may need an apartment for a week while setting up a project with a client, then return later with the entire project team for an extended stay.
