ZACK has extensive experience with meeting the needs of government and military-related travelers. We regularly work with and appreciate the challenges travelers face when on TDY, PCS, TCS, or working as a cost-reimbursable contractor. Our rates fit the GSA and DOD rates and the per diem rates for Kitsap County. ZACK understands that government and military-related personnel receive assignments that can change on a moment's notice and have open-ended termination dates. ZACK does not require leases and prior notice is not needed for check-out. We only require 24 hour notice for reservation cancellations. We strive to provide our guests with maximum flexibility.

All of our apartment homes have fully-equipped kitchens, which means preparing meals in the comfort of your home that meet your tastes, rather than eating restaurant food day after day and paying restaurant prices. A full size washer and dryer are also included in each apartment, saving you time and money when you no longer have to use a shared laundry facility or dry cleaner.

We will tailor your apartment home to meet your needs. This means providing a desk and chair if you need a home office, additional kitchenware if you are having guests and other amenities to ensure your ZACK apartment feels like home. In addition, we can accommodate roommate and other multiple-resident arrangements.

We also offer customized billing alternatives. We can bill guests individually or as a group, provide daily, weekly or monthly invoices and/or direct bill your company. We will ensure our invoices meet your expense report requirements. Government-issued credit cards are welcome.
